Dependable Controls Services is pleased to sponsor the New Hampshire Tradeapalooza event and career fair at NHTI in Concord on November 15. The event, which is presented by the nonprofit organization NH Bringing Back the Trades, is designed to help students, parents, and job seekers learn more about career opportunities in New Hampshire’s trade industry.

“As the demand for skilled labor increases, this is a fantastic way to promote the many opportunities in our industry and inspire the next generation of trade workers in New Hampshire,” says Randy Furmanick, managing member at Dependable Controls Services in Seabrook.

Mike Rowe, creator and host of the Discovery Channel’s Dirty Jobs, will make a special guest appearance. Rowe will participate in a one-hour Q&A session with NH gubernatorial candidate Kelly Ayotte, an advocate for workplace development and education reform.

As part of the event, $50,000 in scholarships will be awarded to qualified New Hampshire applicants. Visit the NH Bringing Back the Trades website to learn more and apply.
